Why did this program not exist while I was abroad?

Liz,

After watching the video, I suggest you go ahead and submit an application. I think the "rules could be bent" by submitting some of your blog material. You tell great stories and demonstrate wonderful cultural interaction. I don't think there is any problem if they published your story "after the fact".
